Changing print setting from Portrait to Landscape or visa versa

Hi

I have a problem where users accessing a publised app is unable to change their print seting from portrait to landscape or visa versa from within published app.

The system appears to allow you to make the change but when you ok settings, it defaults back to the original.
I am able to make the change from citrx desktop, but not within published app.

Any help would be gladly welcomed.

It might be a problem with the Citrix client software. Make sure you run their latest software for the login and that your JetDirect (networkcard) servers have the latest firmware updated as well.
