Changing Password on CM 3.3

Is there a way to change the password on the CM? I'm running CM 3.3.3 and we have a server where we can't access the web interface. Any clues

Run the adminutility. It is located in the c:\program files\cisco\bin

Run this utility on the publisher. It will reset all the passwords.
