Hello all I'm brand new to the forums, just found the site while trying to figure this out. I have one option 11 I'm in charge of, and the calls get sent out thru a satellite system back to our home base. this gives us only 14 trunks to call out. Now because of this I have to program in an ncos change from 4:00 to 10:00 local time, so that only certain phones can dial out during this time. Trouble is that I already have a lockout in place which the operator can push. It's set up in a lockout trap where only about 6 phones can dial out. Basically anyone with an ncos of 6 can dial out. When the lockout button is pushed, every ncos but 6 and 99 get changed to a 7. FRL 7 forwards people to a RAN. My question is how do you add a TOD NCOS change without affecting the lockout set up we have

couple of ways to do that, look at ld 86, tod. i would change the frl of all route list blocks to 6 on a tod schedule.. that removes the att step but gives you a callout each time a hero wants to work late
