I have several users that have taken over another phone line. The name that displays on the phone is incorrect. How can I change this. Thanks in advance.
F9600C. I have never had to work with a PBX before. One of the other admins, at another one of the company sites, mentioned "Siteman". He is unsure of its origin as am I.
Log on, click on PBX then Administration, then select either single line station or digital station, then look for and select change station user name, then just fill in the info and click execute. Always sav changes by typing in at the bottom of the screen : SAV CCD
