Changing name server for a .biz domain name

Quite simply, the host is not telling the truth.

Changing the nameservers for a biz domain is exactly the same as changing it for a com/net or similar.

If you were transferring the domain to another registrar, you need a Domain Secret/Auth Code but that is the same for org domains and really isn't anything difficult.

I thought as much.
I checked out an FAQ at NueLevel who I believe are the registry for .biz domains. They say that the registrar (under instruction from the customer) must email them with the instruction to make a change. They then change the domain record.

Not hard really.
