Changing message of System warning message box

Hi there

I have a form with actions there is a button "Progress" which is linked and allows you to put any progress reports for that record. I have created a delete button which will delete the record and the progress reports however a system warning message appears "Relationships that specify cascading delete........" which will confuse the user.

Is there any way of changing the message that appears to something the user will understand.
