Changing ipaddress on Red Hat Advanced Server 2.1

Is it as simple as going in to /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts and vi'ing the ifcfg-eth0 and changing it in there.
 
When you're done, remember to run [tt]/etc/init.d/network restart[/tt] //Daniel
