I have a client that had to change the IP address scheme on their network. After the change, the CCR will not connect to the IP office. I have changed the IP Address in CCR to the new address of the IP office but I get an error "Unable to validate switch details. Connection may not be available". I am able to connect to system status using the new ip address of the IP Office and IPOCCR username from that server. The data analyzer ip address still shows the old vm pro server (same server that CCR is installed on). From everything I have read, it says it should change automatically after a reboot but no such luck. I have created a new user in security settings and tried that one as well with no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction? All other services are showing running but the system is disconnected.
