changing from details

I have a remote user and he uses a web based e-mail account while he is out of the office.

We have a forward set up for him so contacts use his work e-mail address.

when he sends mail it shows his web based e-mail address in the from list.

Is there any way to change this to another account?? I have tried looking through all of the microsoft stuff but found nothing.

any advice would be great.
