Changing Folder Attributes

I have a folder already opened and i want to do the following:
Remove The standard toolbars and disable the 'display as webpage' function.
Is this possible and how.

I focus on the folder view using findwindow, but can't seem to change the 'toolbarwindow32'. `Nothing is Impossible, It's just how you look at it.`
