changing editing font

Hello,

When I edit PDF document to fill out form fields, the default font seems to be Carrier New. How can I change to another font or make this font bold?

In Acrobat 6 Standard and version 5 (I think) Use the TouchUp Text Tool and highlight the text then Right-click (PC)and select Properties.
