I'm trying to change a user's default email from firstlast@company.com to first.last@company.com. I have both accounts active, but for some reason, I cannot get it accept first.last@company.com as the new default. It always reverts to the former address. I've changed the info at the Admin console, and also in the Active Directory user list. Where else an I missing that it's pulling this from? I've even deleted the old address account but it regenerates....
