Changing default delete location ?

Hi All

Is there any place in the registry or elsewhere
where i can set a default directory for deleted
files.
(right-click delete or delete on the keyboard)
The current setting is obviously the Recycle Bin.

That's what the recycle bin is for (you can permanently delete a file or have it sent to recycle bin). Its not an ordinary folder. If you install the sendto powertoy, you can use right click context menu to send to any folder - option to move (which will 'delete' file from current location). What's the problem using the recycle bin? (you can rename this also
