We are changing the data source to a different, although very similar, stored procedure. This, of cource, breaks the CR. Is there any easy way to point the fields, groups etc. to the new procedure? (CR 9)

Use Database->Set Datasource Location and point to the new SP.
It may pop up a screen to have you map fields that aren't found from the original datasource, turn off the Match Type if required to do so.
