Is there any way of making a Select query with joins updatable (not an update query)?

I'm not sure what you are asking. A query with multiple tables can be updateable if the join fields are based on primary and foreign keys. The use of subforms generally reduces the number of tables in any query.

If you continue to have issues, reply back with your table structure, SQL, and relationship information.
