Greeting - Wondering if someone can help me with a coverage path question.. We have a coverage path set up for to go to cover after 3 rings. The phone actually rings 4 times before it goes. If I change this to 1 ring it rings two times before it goes to coverage? Is this the norm? Thanks in advance!

Yes it is. Why, I don't know. 1=2, 2=3, 3=4 etc.
I tried to put a 0 in there, but it is out of range.

Thank you - that's what I thought and just to double check I called Avaya Support and the tech righght away went into his "I will have to bill you script". If this is a known Just The Way Is thing for Avaya. He should have never have had to say "I'll have to bill you". Oh the customer service or lack of it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
