hey There!

Im new to premiere, and theres an effect i want to do to my clip, i have imported it and added it to my timeline, now i want to add a colour tint to my entire clip - like a nice blue tint, how can i do this in premiere6?

also im having a problem adding an effect, i have a movie clip on my timeline - with 2 keyframes (at the start and at the end), i appled an effect to the clip and added a camera blur to keyframe one, i thought the clip would blur from 100 to 0 over the duration of the clip but as soon as i press play, i lose the effect (blur), and it never shows up?

thanks anyone who can help :)

If you select the video pallet and then select "image control"...under their select and drag the "tint" over to your clip. Then under the "effect controls" adjust as neccessary.

second...does the blur go away even after you render it out or just when its in the monitor window????

yes! that was the problem, i didnt know i had to render my movie to see the effects - thats why i couldnt see them - it works now though :)
