How do I change where my CDR records are going to? I want to change them to the PC I'm on (I have a direct connection the the PBX) Opt. 81C

Ld 15 CDR datablock, add your TTY, make sure the user on the TTY is only CTY in LD17. -Matt

you'll have a little trouble doing that unless you remove either the user cty on the tty your using now, or out the tty.. then add cty to user...might be just as easy to swap plugs at the switch

CTY is already turned on for my TTY. i NEED TO PUT IT ON tty 3. So would I just change it in load 15 to be PORT 1_3?

TYPE CDR_DATA
CUST 00
CDR YES
IMPH NO
OMPH NO
AXID NO

ECDR NO
PORT 1 6
CHLN 0
FCAF NO

Yes. You would add tty 3 to CDR at the PORT prompt. Just put the tty number. It appears that tty's 1 and 6 are currently used as well. To remove put X then tty number.

Is there a limit as to how many CDR ports you can have?

You are only able to program TTY 0 upto 15 (0 is commonly used for XSM in OPTs 51,61,71, and 81) Now with IP that has increased but ports above 15 are programmed as PTY's. and you are limited to 2 for opt11C and 4 for OPT's 51C, 61C, and 81C.

johnpoole; I've had no trouble adding CTY to an add'l TTY port, I'm confused by your post??? :) -Kansas
