Can anyone tell me where to go to change the CCR settings? I know is has something to do with ACD, but I've looked in LD23 but can't find any reference to it. Thanks in advance.

Changing CCR settings

The scripts are not part of the switch (a card installed in switch with it's own proccesser) but it could use the same terminal. If you find the CCR card in switch look at the switch tails in the back. you can follow the terminal cables to the correct terminal.
CCR also uses CDNs which are in the switch - LD 23, Prt, CDN.
