I'm trying to find a easy way to to get feature 989 to be turned on in the class of service menus.Is there a easier way then to go to the customer site with a laptop to turn on the feature in the class of service menus?Thanks

If their CP is attached to a network and they open up the IP address to the internet, you can log in that way. Other wise, no.

what kind of software do you need for your laptop to talk to a CP ?

software"web pages" reside in call pilots..need a web browser to access a web page

Sorry, I assumed you knew to log in using a web browser. The default IP address for the CP is 192.168.110.10. If you connect a laptop directly to the CP, you need a cross-over cable. Make sure the IP address on the laptop is in the range of the last number (10), i.e. 192.168.110.15.
