We need to change the switch link type on our old Audix from LAN to normal analog lines. I was looking for an Installation Manual for the Intuity Audix LX R1.1 but I had no luck at the Avaya site. The reason we need to change it is because we can't find the hardware for the CLAN.

Thanks.

Its probably going to be easier/cheaper for you to buy/find a TN799 C or DP CLAN, than to find the installation disks for your IALX R1.1 To change the integration, you need the CD's that came with the LX you remove the "definity over lan" and install the "mode code" integration.

This should be what you need.

Mitch, what exactly will we need to get this working? We have the CLAN TN799DP, I believe we need to have an adapter that plugs into the amphenol connection. But the most important thing is how do I get it to connect to the Prologix.

I tried the link, and it doesn't give me any detail as to the installation of the Intuty system.

Thanks

This is the complete CD for your Intuity.
