I can change the password on an account on the switch, but how does one go about it on Audix.

A user just changed the password as part of the regular password cycle, but they used something other than the corporate standard pattern, AND, now they don't remember it.

Audix Administration - change sub 1234 (where 1234 is the user's extension/mailbox). The password field is the second line on the right hand side. Give'em a new password and remind them how to change it.

That one I knew.
The admin account to make the above suggested change, on the P2 console, not for any specific user/phone.

Opps, sorry.

From the Intuity Main Menu, choose:
- Customer Services/Administration
- System Management
- Password Administration
- Assign/Change Password

That didn't quite work.
From the Audix command line
I tried cha sys pass change system-parameters password
It gave me the screen to change a password but would not le me change the password of the logged in user.

Are you trying to change a subscribers password or an administrators password (ie: vm or sa) and are you trying to change it from the definity console or the audix console?
