Changing Administrator Password

I need to change the Administrator password on my BackOffice server. Will this create any problems starting services after a reboot?

open from administrative tools the services and see if there are services that runs under administrator account if so the change also there the password Eran

Thanks for the info. I have another question (obviously I am very new to 2k Server) - the services all start with the Local System account. Will changing the administrator password affect that account?

NO! Only services listed as running under the Admin account will be affected.
