changeing the defualt file loactions on left of open dialog in excel

Is there a way to change the folders on the left of the open dialog in excel. Right now there is a history folder, my favorites... can I add my own folders?

You can change the default Attachment Folder. See Microsoft KB Article 252732. I've changed this to my mapped network drive and the button now says "Des on [server name] (H:)". Better than nothing.
