I have some 9641G IP phones hanging off an Avaya CM4 the 8641G Modules when first set up the phone allows you to put in Name & Telephone number after you have created them. you decide after a month you want to change one name & Number the software allows you to change name but refuses to allow you change the number this has to be done by changing number on switch.
I this issue fixed when we go CM6 or is this something I have to put up with any pointers greatly welcome
One other thing now the 9650 is a past it phone what do you out there use as a primary Callcentre phone now & Back office
