Change windows Printer Dialog.

I wouldn't mess around with the windows program.
If you want to use your printer dialog in your programs,
that's fine. I do that also, as I feel I have more control
that way. Actually I don't mine to get a printer DC
but rather to get the port address, specify number of copies, preview, and print all or selected pages.
