Hi. I added another column to my table and I want the values on that column to be all '1' (number). How would I do that automatically?

DJMC, you can create a query using that table, put the field you want to change in the query. Then in design view (still) select "query-update query". The rows in the query will be added let you make the changes. In the "Update to" row put the value you will want in the field. There is a place to add criteria if you wanted to update only certain records. I would make a copy of the table first before you do this. You can always delete the copy when you're satisfied with the changes.
Hope this helps.
