hi guys,
I have 2 servers, PDC and member servers. I'm planning to redeploy the member server to other new setup company (the new company don't have any server). My question is can i change the member server to a totally new domain name and become a PDC as well.

Need more details. If your talking NT 4.0 you're going to have problems. If you're talking w2k, you can deploy the member server as a tree. If the domain is mine.com you can deploy the new server as anotherserver.mine.com. This help?

well both server running NT4

Can you upgrade so you have dc's and not pdc? MS doesn't support NT4 anymore if I remember correctly, so if you need help from them your SOL. Good luck.
