An ip office serer eddition should be onfigured to et its time from an NTP time server
either one localy on your on network or the internet (uk.pool.npt.org is probably best for the uk , ammend aordingly for other localaties).
Once set & working you should never need to worry about time again, although if you are running yor own time server that may need the ocasional adjustment
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
