What is the command to change the extension name on an NEC Electra Elite 192?

from pc or thru phone?

To change the extension name you'll need to get into programming mode (on port 1 or 2) and look under program 4-18 (If you are using the phone to program) Otherwise in pc programming it's ALT+BTT
