Change text on report

I have a form that allows a user to select criteria for a report. I want them to be able to type a name they want for the report on the form, and have that name appear on the report in a control in the header section.
I can't seem to be able to change any of the controls i've created on the report, i get errors in the code.

I think that this can be done by assigning a text box on your report that has the controlsource referencing the control on your form. You really wouldn't need any code. For instance the control source for your text box will read:

[Forms]![Criteria]![txtName]
