Change system-parameters customer-options

Does anyone know how to change the Definity system-parameters customer-options? I realize that this is an Avaya function but was wondering if anyone knew

You can't unless you use the proper login and, I would assume in some cases, you need software.

you cant change the customer-options of a Definity
It is only possible by Avaya, they login with the level init to change these options.
If you want some options on, then you have to buy these options at Avaya.
