change switch ip address

How do I change the IP address on a cisco switch? I was asked to do this to free up the address as we are going to internal numbers, and don't quite know how to do it.

I also need to know how this is done, possibly a blow by blow account of the methods used at the prompt to re-set the system IP address, so that I can access the unit once again via Web Browser.
