Hi,

I'm sure this is an easy one, I am using Crystal 8.5, I have a main report which has some sub reports attached to it. I want to change the names of the sub reports to make them more meaningful, however I cannot see where this is done. In Crystal 10, this can easily be done via the sub report format editor on the sub reports tab. However this option is not available in version 8.5.

Any ideas?

Thanks

That was a limitation of 8.5. Mostly I lived with bad names until we upgraded.

If you think it worth it, you can save the subreport. Click on it and use 'Save Subreprort As'. Then delete the subreport on the main report and re-import it under a new name. And then get it back in order, quite a lot of work.
