change set from analog to digital

Hello,fairly new at administering pbx 61c,is there an easy process to program a analog set to make it a digital ?

no, you have to build the digital set on a digital line card, but it is not difficult. Then, you have to x-cut it on the frame off the analogue and onto the digital.
