Change RAN route recording? 1

We have some messages from a previous administrator on RAN routes that we need to change, and I have not found any information that assists me with making those changes.

What is the easiest way to have these messages changed?

There are 20 different makes on RAN announcers. If you know that it is a MIRAN, that's one answer. If you find it is a Cook announcer, that is another answer. If it is yet another make/model, it's another answer
