Change Properties of Default Global Address List 1

Howdy,

Is there any way to change the filter rule for the default Global Address list or make the default a new one and push that down to anybody wanting to access it?

No there is not. I talked to MS about this issue and that is what they told me. The GAL is "GLOBAL" and includes everyone in the Org. The only way to remove people is to "hide" them. The issue with that is then you can't resolve their name against the Exchange server.

Your best bet is to create separate address list.
