Change Port

Hallo All

I Have 2 number, for Example 111 with pen (port) 1-1-91-1 and 222 with pen : 1-1-91-12
and i want to switch the port so
for number 111 with pen 1-1-91-12 and 222 with pen : 1-1-91-1

when try with cha-sdsu M5: VERB/FUNCTION NOT POSSIBLE FOR NOUN

If it's a TDM phone you can use CHA-SXSU to change numbers, PENs, etc.

Well in that case, the specified port is not available. Use your head. If not, why not? Is something on that port already? Make a 3 stage move. Move A to C, then B to A, then C to B.

Assuming you're on a 4K, I've found that to be easier using the GUI. You can bring up a station and pick a new PEN from a drop-down that only lists open PEN's that are compatible.
