Change NT-domain on Exchange 5,5 server

I want to move 2 Exchange 5,5 servers, one on DMZ and
one the inside network, to a new domain.
They are both on an NT4 domain- "Domain_A".
Now i want to move them to a newly created W2000/AD-domain
- Domain_B.
What is the best way to uppgrade the Exchange-servers and the user-accounts to my new domain?
