change node-name on a clan

Have question on how to chage the node-name on a clan card attached to version 9 definity switch

First you'll have to diable the clan in ip-interfaces. You may also have to disable anything that's using the CLAN, such as ip-services and communication proccessor channels. Once you change it, you'll have to change all of the screens that reference that name, such as ip-services, ip-routes, ip-interfaces, trunks for DCS, and communication processor channels (there may be more, but that's all I remember off the top of my head.)

already have placed both the ip-services and ip-interfaces from enable Y to N for disabled but still will not let us change the node name. any other ideas

What is the error message you're receiving? You may have to remove the name from any screen or object that is using it before you can change it on the node-names form.

looks like I have to remove the data module first the change the node-name guess I will print it out first then remove. so add the modeule in should be straight forward I hope.
