Change mail directory for SMTP

I want to relocate my SMTP mail directories to another drive on the server in order to allocate enough space for our rather large e-mail campaigns. We are using IIS 4.0 on Windows NT Server 4.0 SP 5. I need to know how to change the directory that the SMTP service uses. Is there any easy way to do this?

Doubleclick on the domain name(s) and the drop directory can be specified in the dialog box.
