Change Local Security settings

Hi, anyone know how to change local Security Settings with VBscript or Wscript?? I need to change "Log on as a Service" in the "User Rights Assignment".

I'm not trying to be snide, but I certainly hope it's not possible to do this. This would pose a very real security issue in Windows if it could be done.
