change links to icons on "open window"

I recently found a tweak that let me change the drive letter reference to the documents folder. I would love to change the reference to the other icons on the open window in Word or Excell for fast access to various folders that I use everyday. Does anyone know how this might be done?

Open Word. Select Tools > Options, and select the File Locations tab. Modify location for Documents.

Open Excel. Select Tools > Options, and select the General tab, Modify location for Default File Location.
