change icon on the taskbar

I have a delphi application that when it was compiled had a generic icon. when the application is run, I set the application icon to a new one (specific to the customer). The icon appears fine in the application but on the taskbar, the generic icon is displayed. How can I change that?

Why dont you change the applications icon with the project options, icon selection is done on the Application tab. you can select any icon you choose this will replace the genric icon.
