Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to amend file associations so that it will change them for anyone who logs onto the machine? I am presuming it's a case of amending the Classes_Root in the registry, but i am unable to get it working.

Can anyone help?

Thank you

windows explorer-extras-folder options-files (3rd tab). there u can amend file associations.

Lemon is right.... but....

What you need to do is configure your extensions the way you wish from a clean profile (a dummy one will work) and copy the profile into the All Users profile.

That way it will incorporated by default to all other profiles...unless the individual profiles change their settings...
