Change field

I used MSAccess and I am confused with the designing in Crystal Report.
Often I have a lot of similar fields to put on the report.
In Access I put the first field on the report and format it.
Then I copy it so many times I need.
At the end I change the name of the source fields and everything is fine.

How can I do this in Crystal report?

do it the opposite way around i.e.

add all of the differnet source fields to your report then highlight them all and change the formats.
