Change display name in outlook

Hi,

How do you change the display name in outlook with exchange 2000, W2K server and active directory? I have changed the users display name in Active directory but it doesn't seem to be making its way to the exchange mailbox. In the exchange system manager I can't find a way to change the mailbox name.

Any ideas?

changing the display name on the properties page in AD users and computers should do the trick....did you make that change on the Exchange server's MMC?
