Change default colors in excel from C#

Hellllpppppppp!

I need to change the default colors in Excel
to use in a graph.

I use:
ActiveWorkbook.set_Color(17, RHS)

what is RHS?

I found that if I substitute 255 in for RHS, I get red. But how would I make blue, green, ect.....

Really, I just need to know what the hell RHS stands for....

I've looked everywhere.....no luck......
