Change default callpilot greeting

Hi all

We're using callpilot for our voice mail, a lot of users don't bother setting no answer greetings so the default/ automatic one is used, unfortunatly that doesn't include "or dial Zero for reception"

We'd like to have that in there so I'm wondering if it's possible to replace the default greeting, and if so where do we do this? but only for numbers where a personal greeting has not been recorded?

You can't change the default greetings. You have to build custom greetings and routing for callers to use. Users should include "Press 0..." when recording their messages.

Thanks for the info, we had instructed users to add the line "or press zero for reception", we are more concerened with the people that did not record any greeting.

As a workaround I've gone through call pilot and any mailbox that had no external greeting I've imported a pre recorded on that includes the above line.
