Change Data Access with External EXE

I am distributing CR8 reports (compilied reports) to my users with SQL7 and SQL2K, ODBC Connections.

Does anyone know of any tools (I prefer an external exe) that would allow me to change the data source, user name and passwords in all the reports in a directory?
